The company is having a decade old experienced Directors, whose one generation has passed in this business with a good exposure in Real Estate, Mass housing, small integrated residential townships and commercial infrastructures in past.

The name itself is having two different approaches towards reality business, one ‘Lifestyle’ and the other is ‘Spaces’. Lifestyle will include all vertical developments like residential cum commercial towers, Hotels i.e., all kind of high rise infrastructures.

Spaces will include land development in the form of huge Layout Plotting to Small, Integrated, Special township along with Group Housing projects.It will further include huge commercial spaces for Retail, Corporate, Mall, Multiplex, IT spaces, Institutions, Hospitality (Resorts and Recreational spaces), Hospitals, Sports complex, Logistics, Golf courses etc.

All our residential and commercial layouts are Government approved, well sanctioned from all the important departments specified by the collector of Nagpur like those from Town Planning, Revenue, Health, etc.

The layouts will have all the required basic amenities like Tar roads, drains, culverts, water and electricity.

The layout will be properly demarcated in multiple plots of various shapes and sizes like Residential, Commercial, semi commercial, open space, public utility and roads.
